Just Add Rolls as the name suggests, we want all our food connoisseurs of Puducherry to engage themselves in adding up some spice, aroma,
tradition, and heritage to their palate.
The Roll was born during the first half of the 20th century in Kolkata
and started its culinary voyage from the British Era, when Kolkata was the capital of the
British Empire. A tale trails that, British patrons did not want to enjoy the Nawabi
delicacy – Kebabs with their hands so, the Khansama of Nizam’s decided to roll the
meat up in a paratha – a crispy, buttery unleavened flatbread and then served it in
a paper wrapper.
